When this occurs, Maria Bonita takes the most appropriate measures, so as to ensure that the entities with access to the data offer the highest assurances with respect to data protection. Thus, any subcontracted entity will treat the personal data of the Users, in the name and on account of Maria Bonita, rigorously complying with the legal rules on protection of personal data, security of information and all other applicable rules.
International Data Transfers
Maria Bonita, can, pursuant to the described purposes, transfer its users’ data outside the territorial space of the European Economic Area (EEA). In these cases, it will strictly comply with the applicable legal provisions, namely the determination of the adequacy of the destination country/countries with respect to the protection of personal data and the requirements applicable to such transfers.
Compulsory Nature of the Requested Data
Data featured in the customer’s record which is identified with an asterisk (*) are of compulsory completion in order to comply with the established purpose. As such, if the user does not provide them, Maria Bonita will be unable to consider the user’s request.
Maria Bonita might draw up profiles of the users, which will enable the adoption of automated decisions, based on the personal features, preferences, historical record of behaviour and location. In these cases, the user will have the right to obtain human intervention in the decision, to express her/his point of view and to object to the adopted decision.
